- A learner: Roster → Edit → Remove from roster. Scores are kept hidden with them until the retention purge.
- A class: Class settings → Delete. Soft-deleted; gone for good at the retention purge.
- Your account: Settings → Delete my account. Scheduled for 30 days; signing in cancels it.
- Automatic: inactive 12 months → archived (read-only). Inactive 24 months → purged, with warnings and a one-click keep-my-data link before each step.
