What this screen is
Open the class, then Class analysis in the sidebar. Everything on it is read from what you and the subject teachers have already encoded — grades the engine computed, the attendance register, the conduct sheet. Nothing here is a new number, nothing is a ranking of learners, and nothing prints.
The learning areas table
One row per learning area the report card carries, for the grading period in the picker, lowest class mean first. That order is the point: the top row is where the class needs the most help.
- Mean, range, passing read the period's computed grades. A dash means no computed grades in that area yet — not a zero.
- Bands draws the class over the grading scheme's own cuts, highest band first. Hover a segment for its count.
- Blank counts cells with nothing recorded on activities somebody in the class has already been scored on. A column laid out in advance counts against no one.
- Zeros counts real recorded zeros. A blank and a zero are different states and are never mixed.
- Handed in shows whether the subject's teacher has marked the period done.
A grouped subject such as MAPEH appears once, as itself; the blanks and zeros of its parts are rolled up into its row.
How the periods moved
The class mean per grading period, across every reported area, in the class's own term structure. Under it, the sharpest fall any learning area took between two readings is named with both figures. A fall that broad across a whole class usually says something about the material or the assessment, not thirty learners at once.
The side panels
Who needs looking at folds the at-risk list to its counts. By sex is the split every DepEd form reports. Attendance shows the percentage of class days attended and who has crossed the 20% line. Observed values shows how the conduct sheet marks the period.

The fix is never on this page. Open the class record, the register, or the conduct grid the figure was read from, correct it there, and this page follows.
