The two limits
The line under the Learners heading tells you both numbers: 15 learners · 15 allowed on this account.

Limits count per account, not per school. A second school affiliation does not grant a second allowance.
What you see when you hit it
Adding one more learner fails with This roster is at its limit of 15 learners. Verifying your account raises this to 70 — add a school email in Settings, or wait for review.
A paste that would cross the limit is refused whole: nothing is half-saved, and the correction grid stays as it was so no typing is lost. Trim the rows you can add now, or verify first and paste the sheet once.
Raising it
- Settings → Add a school email.
- An address at deped.gov.ph or an active .edu.ph domain verifies on the spot, and the limit becomes 70 immediately.
- Any other address goes to a person for review. We work business hours, Monday to Friday, and cannot promise how long that takes.

Already verified and still full
At 70 the message reads That is the most a class can hold. Split the section, or message us on the Facebook page if your section really is larger. Copy your support reference from the help drawer into that message so we can find the account.
