Open Release and find the learner's row.
- Bounced — the address may be mistyped. Edit it inline and resend.
- Emailed, not opened — ask them to check spam. The link expires; you can resend a fresh one.
- No email — the card is in the print batch. Print it, then tick handed over.
Nothing is lost. The card is regenerated on demand from the same grades.
