Add one
- On the class record press A, or Add an activity. The same drawer opens from the Activities page.
- Component. Pick the DepEd component the activity counts under. Each one shows its weight — those come from the policy pack and cannot be changed here.
- Details. Give it a Title as it should read on the class record, a Total points, and, if you want, a Date given and Notes. Press Review.
- Review. Read it back, then Confirm and add activity.
The grid grows a column straight away, in the term you are on.
Components that have parts
Examinations is a group, not a place to put an activity. Choose the exact part — Summative Test 1, Summative Test 2, or the Term Examination — because each carries its own share of the group's weight. Pick the group itself and the drawer refuses: Add the activity under one of Examinations's sub-components, not the group itself.
Total points
This is the highest possible score. It must be more than 0, and a score above it is refused at the cell. You can raise it later from Edit activity, but it cannot go below a score already recorded: Some learners already scored 22 on this activity, so the total cannot go below that. Lower those scores first.
Starting an empty term
On an empty grid, Set up one per component lays out one activity under every component the pack ends in, each out of 100 and named after its component. It is a shape, not a plan — rename them and set the real total points as the term goes on. It only works on a term with no activities yet.
Until every component has one
A term grade waits. A component with no activities blocks it, and the learner shows — rather than a guess.
