On the class record, click the learner's TERM GRADE. The panel opens beside the grid. Previous and Next at the bottom walk the roster without closing it, so you can check a whole class in one pass; the left and right arrow keys do the same.
What it shows
- The answer. The term grade and what it is called, the initial grade, your adjustment if there is one, and the table the grade was read on.
- What made this grade. The initial grade drawn as 100 points shared out by weight; the solid part of each block was earned. Under it, the component that pulled the grade down most, the single lowest score, what the zeros cost, and how many activities are excused or not yet encoded.
- Next term. The fewest points in one component that would reach the next band, and how much room is still there. This is the engine run again on changed scores, not a rule of thumb.
- Every number. Each component with every activity as raw over total, the component total, its percentage and its weighted score. A component with parts, such as Examinations, shows each part's percentage and combines them by sub-weight before the group's weight is applied.
At the bottom it names the DepEd order that sets the weights, and the source of the transmutation table. Print this breakdown prints the panel as it stands.
If there is no grade yet
An amber note says No term grade yet and gives the reason — Written Works has no activities yet, for example. Nothing is shown as 0 or 60 in the meantime.
When it disagrees with your ECR
Compare it line by line. The usual causes are a blank being treated as a zero in the sheet, rounding done at every step instead of once at the end, and the Examinations parts being averaged instead of combined by their own weights.
