The class list
- Open the class and go to Learners.
- Press Download the class list.
One row per learner in DepEd order: last, first, middle and suffix, LRN, sex, birthdate, email, guardian, guardian email, and status. This file holds LRNs in plain text, so keep it where you would keep the paper class record — not in a shared drive or a group chat.
The consolidated grades
- Open the class and go to Grades.
- Press Downloads, then Build on the summary of grades.
One row per learner, one column per subject per term, a Final column for each subject, then the general average and the promotion status. A subject still missing a term shows INC rather than a guess.
How the file reaches you
Nothing downloads on the spot. Exports are built on a queue so a slow phone connection never freezes the page, and you see "Preparing your export. You get a notification with the download link in a moment." When it is ready, an Export ready notification appears under the bell at the top of the screen. The link works for 24 hours.
Open an older link and you get "That download link has expired. Export again from the class." Nothing was lost — the file is rebuilt from your data in seconds.
What is on every sheet
The last rows say what the file is, when it was generated and by whom, and carry the line "Generated via SchoolAide Lite. This is a working copy and not an official DepEd record." Leave that line where it is. It is what keeps a printout from being mistaken for an official record.
Take one before you delete anything
Deleting a class, a gradebook or your account cannot be undone once the grace period passes, and the confirmation says so. Export first — it costs two presses.
