Getting there
Open the account menu at the top right and choose Profile and schools. Everything about the account is on that one screen.
Your name and PRC number
- Under Profile, type your name as it should sign the report cards you release.
- Add your PRC licence number if you have one. It is optional, seven digits, encrypted where it is stored, and read only by the person handling a manual verification.
- Press Save profile.
A name is required — it is printed on every card you sign. A PRC number that is not seven digits is refused with "A PRC licence number is 7 digits." Leave it blank rather than guess at it; nothing else in the product depends on it.
Your password
The Password card asks for your current password before it changes anything, and wants at least eight characters for the new one. Longer beats complicated. If you signed up with Google or Microsoft the card reads Set a password instead, and there is nothing current to type — setting one gives you a second way in for a borrowed computer.
What your account can do
The right-hand column counts what you are using against what your account allows: classes you advise, subject gradebooks, learners in one class, and whether releasing report cards is available yet. A number turns amber when you are at the limit, so you find out here rather than mid-import.
Your support reference
Eight characters, in its own card and in the account menu. Tap it to copy. Quote it in a message on our Facebook page and we can find your account without asking you for anything else. It is not a password and it is not a secret — never send us your actual password.
Your data
Download per class (Excel) takes you to My classes, where each class exports its own spreadsheet. Below it sits Delete my account, with thirty days to change your mind.
