Ask for the batch
- On Release, after the term is released, find the To print list.
- Print 12 cards builds the batch for learners with no email. Print the whole class builds one for every learner, emailed ones included.
- The toast reads "Preparing the print batch." Chromium does the work on a queue, never in your browser, so you can leave the page.
- When it is done, the bell in the top bar carries "Print batch ready", and Download the print batch appears on the To print list.
The PDF opens with a cover sheet naming everyone in the batch with their reference codes, then one card per page in DepEd order. Cards that were waiting to print flip to Printed.
Paper
The batch prints on the sheet the layout declares, and Chromium is told the same size the stylesheet does, so what you previewed is what comes out.
- SF9 · One sheet — long bond, 13 × 8.5 in, fed landscape.
- SF9 · Front and back — long bond, 8.5 × 13 in, portrait, two pages per learner. Set your printer to print on both sides before you start, or the back of one learner's card lands on the front of the next.
- Learner's Progress Report — A4 portrait.
Handing them out
Tick each learner as you hand the card over. That tick is yours — the system never assumes a card reached a parent. Untick it if you took one back.
What if
- "The print batch is not ready yet. You get a notification when it is." The render has not finished, or you followed an older link. Go back to Release and ask again.
- Each batch replaces the last one behind that download. A single Reprint produces a one-card PDF and becomes the current batch, so download the batch you asked for before asking for another.
- One card, right now. The PDF link at the end of a learner's row streams that card on its own, as soon as it says ready.
- A row stuck on "Rendering…" or showing "Render failed." Press Retry on that row. The card rebuilds from the same grades; nothing is lost.
