Parents need no account
There are no parent accounts in SchoolAide Lite, and none are needed. When the adviser releases a term, the card goes to the address on the class list — the learner's own address, or the guardian's address if the learner has none on file.
Opening it
- Open the email from the class adviser, subject "…report card is ready".
- Press Open my report card, or Open [name]'s report card if it came to a guardian.
- The page names the learner, the class, the term and the date the link stops working. Press Open the report card (PDF).
- Save it or print it. Go through it with the learner: the card lists each subject's grade term by term, with the descriptor scale printed beside it to read those numbers against.
Checking that a card is genuine
Every card carries the learner's name, a reference code and a QR code. Scanning the QR opens a page that says whether SchoolAide Lite issued a document under that reference, for whom, and whether it still stands. It never shows a grade or an LRN, so the code gives away nothing the paper did not.
- Current — it stands as issued.
- Superseded — the adviser released that term again; ask the school for the newer copy.
- Revoked — the adviser took that release back. Do not rely on it.
A card generated here is a working copy, not the school's official DepEd record.
What if
- The email never arrived. Check spam first. Then tell the adviser: on their Release cards page they can correct the address and resend, and the class list is updated with the corrected address too.
- The address on file is wrong or belongs to someone else. Ask the adviser to fix it on their Learners page. An email address is never required — a learner without one gets a printed card, which is a normal way to receive it here.
- The link no longer opens. See the article on a report card link that is no longer valid.
