Section
Section name is how your school writes it — Rizal, St. Claire. School comes from the DepEd directory when you picked one there, and is not editable; a typed school name stays editable.
Grading periods is three terms (MATATAG), four quarters, or two semesters. It can be changed only while nothing has been encoded. Once any activity or descriptor exists you get: The grading periods are fixed once activities exist. Create a duplicate class with a different structure instead. Changing it later would re-slice grades that are already computed, so it stays fixed.
Class code is the code subject teachers join with. Copy it from here.
Encoding deadlines
One optional date per term. Each subject teacher sees it on their dashboard under Score deadlines, counting down and turning red inside three days, then showing how many days overdue. Nothing is blocked when a deadline passes — it is a reminder, not a lock.
Report card signatories
Adviser title line prints under your name on the card, such as Teacher III. School head prints beside you over the School Head line. Leave the school head blank and the card prints the line empty for a wet signature.
Report card layout
SF9 · One sheet puts the whole form on one long sheet, landscape. SF9 · Front and back prints long bond portrait on two sides. A Kindergarten to Grade 3 class gets the Learner's Progress Report and nothing else. Every layout is fed the same numbers; only the paper and the arrangement differ. See a card on each opens Report cards so you can look before the release.
